Assisting attorneys in representing clients in legal proceedings and litigation, advising clients on legal issues, drafting legal documents, preparing reports for cases, and investigating cases of all types.
Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents: preparing legal documents such as wills, bonds and contracts.
Representation of clients: presenting, summarizing and defending cases before the court, arbitral tribunals, or the parties involved in any transaction.
Preparation of cases: preparing cases, transactions and settlements, and developing strategies according to the available information and the results reached.
Conducting Analytics: Qualifying requests, evaluating legal options, researching case-related data, interviewing clients and witnesses, and making other communications.
Advise clients: Advise clients on expected prospects for claims, feasibility of issues and transactions, and analysis of potential risks, outcomes, and limitations.
